Invisible Fence worked great for us and our dog. This is a great product. Included is everything in the photo, ict700 Fence, two collars, surge protector, ac adapter, and original box and paper work.

The control box for the Fence itself has minor paint spray over, and some UV fading. Both collars have normal wear and tear, with minor scratches to plastic.
